Cedar Choice began with a simple longing — the taste of home, and the desire to share it.

How it started

A Family Recipe, Carried Across the World

Our story starts in a small village in the Bekaa Valley, where meals were a daily celebration — tables laden with mezze, olive oil pressed from the family grove, and bread baked fresh each morning. When we moved to Vancouver, we brought those recipes with us. What began as cooking for friends and neighbours grew, one shared plate at a time, into Cedar Choice: a way to bring the pantry staples and home-cooked meals we missed to families across the Lower Mainland.
